· Identify key examination findings that distinguish ocular ischaemic syndrome from diabetic retinopathy alone, including anterior and posterior segment manifestations requiring urgent referral.
· Understand the unique risks and perioperative considerations of cataract surgery in eyes with ocular ischaemic syndrome and severe retinal ischaemia.
